Spark web UIs

There are 2 web based graphical user interfaces for Spark:

• Spark application UI (contains Stages, Storage, Environment & Executors)
• Spark Master UI

When running Spark from the USB stick, Spark runs in local mode, so there will be no Spark Master UI, however the application UI will work.
